Berger, DC
Dr. Bryan Berger graduated
from Montclair State University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Nutrition. Dr. Berger became certified in fitness training in 1997.
His previous personal training experience includes
Powerhouse, New York Sports Club, and Crunch Fitness. He
continued his education and received his doctorate in
Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia in 2002. After serving as an
associate Doctor for 4 years in a
successful multi-disciplinary practice, Dr. Berger opened The Innovative Wellness Center, located in Jamesburg, NJ.
The Innovative Wellness Center focuses on the innate
healing power that we all posses.
Dr. Berger strives to help his patients maximize their health potential through a combination of
innovative techniques utilizing chiropractic care, acupuncture,
yoga, fitness
training, massage therapy, and nutrition education.

V. Ziemanis is a licensed acupuncturist in both

, where he received extensive training in various styles of acupuncture and
studied with internationally renowned practitioners.
Robert
has experience in treating various conditions, including chronic and acute pain,
gynecological disorders, fatigue, digestive complaints, headaches/migraines, and
autoimmune disorders. Robert concentrates
his studying and practice on Classical Japanese meridian-style acupuncture,
which features gentle yet powerful and effective treatment techniques.
Donna
Mezzina, RYT, CYT
Certified Yoga Instructor
Donna
has been practicing Yoga for 6 years. She
has practiced Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Sivananda with many great
teachers. As her
love for yoga grew, Donna developed a desire to teach it. She completed the Yoga
Teacher Training program in Hatha Yoga at the Inner Light Yoga Center, a Yoga
Alliance registered training program. This program emphasizes the strong
traditional lineage of yoga brought over from India by followers of Master
Sivananda. While studying, she
discovered many avenues of Yoga from breath awareness to meditation.
Donna brings her experience in various yoga styles to create a welcoming
class for everyone. She shares her down to earth, and easy going style by
bringing an exchange of energy between people with an emphasis on balance and
alignment. She feels that finding
inner peace and serenity is the greatest gift a teacher can give.

Cherise
has been performing Massage Therapy for 4 years. She attended The American
Institute
of
Alternative Medicine
. Cherise has experience working in assisted living facilities, spa settings and
doctors offices. She has a passion for utilizing therapeutic/healing massage to
assist her clients achieve the highest quality of life. She specializes in
multiple massage modalities such as: Myofacial, Deep Tissue and Neuro Muscular.
With Cherise you can always expect a deep, slow moving, relaxing yet beneficial
massage.

Weiner is an honors graduate of The Institute for Therapeutic Massage,

. Her experience spans 13 years and
includes teaching Swedish massage and hot stone therapy for continuing
education. Her training has included deep tissue, sports and pre-natal massage.
Her focus is on back, neck and shoulder pain, including Fibromyalgia symptoms,
utilizing neuromuscular and trigger point techniques.

is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer accredited through the Aerobic and
Fitness Association of America (AFAA). As a globally recognized certification
organization across 73 countries, AFAA has been granted affiliate status
with the National Board of Fitness Examiners (NBFE) and is a member of the
National Organization of Competency Assurance (NOCA).
Bob
has developed the first Strength Training and Wellness programs for the Monroe
Twp Recreation Department. These creative programs reflect his commitment to
health and fitness for clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Bob’s

Jonathan
is a high honors nursing student with 3 years of health
promotion and fitness experience. He is extremely passionate about
health, fitness, and bodybuilding. He also enjoys all aspects
of nutrition, training, and living a healthy lifestyle. He has been
personal training for 3 years and plans to keep promoting health as a trainer
and as a registered nurse. He
is currently certified with an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA)
certificate. He is dedicated to making a change in people's health, and truly
enjoys improving everyone quality of life through fitness training. He will make
sure you perform exercises correctly in order to maximize results and minimize
injuries. Whether you want to improve the look of your body or become healthier,
Jonathan will definitely help get you there.
Steff
Park, M. Ed, CSCS
Master Exercise Physiology, Certified Pilates & Yoga Instructor
Steff
graduated from
Rutgers
University
with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and went on to receive her Master’s
degree from
Temple
University
in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Physiology and additional
coursework in Exercise and Sport Psychology.
She has been teaching Mat Pilates for 4 years and is currently studying
to become an instructor on the Reformer. In
addition to Pilates, Steff holds certifications as a Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Weightlifting Club Coach, Personal Trainer,
as well as in Group Fitness, Aqua, and Pre/Post Natal Instruction.
She has worked with athletes ranging in age from 6 years old to the
college and semi-professional levels plus recreational exercisers of all ages
and fitness levels. Steff strives to
deliver informative yet challenging sessions during which her participants learn
how to execute exercises with proper form and understand the science behind the
movements.
